Care for the natural environment,
Personal and interpersonal skills in building resilience and agency in children, regardless of their abilities and skill level.
Childhood is not a time to be rushed, children need time to play, try new things, be safe, and have fun.
It is important that children are nurtured to feel they "belong" to their family, community, and culture.
The learning and development a young child experiences will help shape the adult they become.
In achieving our aims, staff utilise observations of children to promote their interests, and strengths within individualised programs. These objectives are further enhanced by building open relationships with families, and consulting with them in ensuring that their needs and aspirations for their child are taken into account.
Our Service is well resourced with toys and equipment covering both indoor and outdoor environments. Occasionally excursions into the surrounding community and special events at our Service are planned for in broadening children's experiences.
